Swing 109m across the Shotover River Canyon. This option allows you the choice to first raft under the swing and view the 60 metre freefall you’re about to experience or swing first for a unique preview of the rafting canyon. Either way Swing Raft Combo gives you a day of action packed adventure.

  • Transfers from downtown Queenstown to Shotover Canyon Swing and Cavells Rafting Base

  • Full wetsuit, rafting clothing and safety equipment
  • Transfer to Deep Creek via Skippers Canyon Road (Shotover River) or Kawarau river transfers
  • Extensive safety briefing
  • Rafting on the Shotover or Kawarau River

  • Return travel to downtown Queenstown

  • No shows or cancellations within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable
  • Combo operators may have a separate differing cancellation policy
  • Helicopter requires a minimum of 6 pax to confirm
  • Rafting trip requires a minimum number of 8 pax to confirm
  • Clients should be water confident
  • Shotover Rafting is only accessible by helicopter between 1 June to 30 September. Upgrade to Swing heli raft required
